Delivery Information

Can I change the delivery address each time I order?

Yes, if you have created an account your Delivery address will automatically come up during the checkout process. If you haven’t created an account, you will need to do so. You will have an option for us to remember your details for next time you order by providing your delivery details. You will be asked for a Billing address and given the choice over whether or not that should also be your Delivery address. These will be stored as your default addresses. You can change your default addresses at any time by going to your account page, adjusting things, and clicking on ’Update Details’.
Please note: once your order has been placed, we are unable to change your delivery address. Please take extra care to ensure your delivery address is correct and complete.


Can items in one order be delivered to multiple addresses?

Each order can only be delivered to one specific address. But you can place separate orders and send each to a different address.

Two Day Delivery
For orders placed before 12pm we will dispatch the same day to be delivered within two days (excludes Saturday delivery).
For orders placed after 12pm Friday through to Sunday delivery can be expected on Tuesday.

Next Day Delivery
For orders placed before 12pm we will dispatch the same day to be delivered on the next working day (excludes Saturday delivery).
For orders placed after 12pm Friday through to Sunday delivery can be expected on Tuesday.

Weekend Orders (Saturday-Sunday) will be processed Monday. We do not accept any responsibility for lost orders with Royal Mail.

Europe

We can deliver to all of Europe excluding Sweden and Denmark, please see stockist information for details on how to purchase Balance Me in Sweden and Denmark.
A signature will be required on delivery. Order before 12pm (Mon-Fri) and your order will be sent out on the same day, you should expect your order to be delivered within 5-7 working days, however it can take up to 10 working days and we thank you for your patience.

Rest of the world

Up to 21 working days

Delivery outside of the EU can take between 7-10 working days and will require a signature on delivery. Order before 12pm (Mon-Fri) and your order will be sent out on the same day so that you will receive your products as early as possible.
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of order but please allow up to 21 working days.

Free Returns

We will issue refunds or exchanges as long as you notify us by email within 7 working days of delivery. We will refund or exchange as long as we are satisfied that tamper seals remain in place and the goods are in a re-sellable condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs incurred. If we choose to send you replacement goods in exchange before you have returned the original goods, you must return the original goods within 30 days of receiving the replacement. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement goods to the payment card used for the original order. Please email customercare@balanceme.co.uk and we will issue you with a returns reference number and give you instructions on how to return your goods. (Your statutory rights are not affected.)

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

If you choose our standard delivery option, you will only have to sign for your Delivery if the package weighs over 2kgs.
Orders delivered with priority and next day delivery will require a signature on receipt.

Remember that you have the option to select a delivery address other than the place where your payment card is registered (e.g. your work place) if this is more convenient.


What should I do if I think my order is late?

In the unlikely event that after 14 days you have still not received your order, please email us at customercare@balanceme.co.uk with details of the goods that you have ordered. Please quote your invoice number. This appears on screen when you order and also on your order confirmation email.


I haven't received all the items I ordered - what do I do?

Please check the confirmation email we sent you on receipt of your order. Then, if you still believe items are missing from your order, please email us at customercare@balanceme.co.uk with your order number. This is stated on your confirmation email and should have been given to you at the end of our checkout process if the transaction went through successfully. We will respond to your query and work to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
