CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS EACH TIME I ORDER?
Yes, if you have subscribed or asked us to remember your Delivery details, your
Delivery address will automatically come up when you enter your name and password
during the checkout process.
If you haven’t subscribed, you will have an option for us to remember your details
for next time you order by entering and re-entering your chosen password. You
will be asked for a billing address and a preferred Delivery address. These
will be stored as your default addresses. You can change your default addresses
at any time by going to the subscribe page and clicking on ’Update Details’.

CAN SOME ITEMS BE DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS AND SOME TO ANOTHER?
Yes, but you will need to place separate orders. Each order can only be delivered
to one specific address.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Balance Me currently only delivers online orders to UK addresses.
Standard delivery - £2.50 incl. VAT
We aim to despatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt of order. Parcels should then reach you within one to three
working days of leaving our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 days.
Signature delivery/delivery overseas - £6.00 incl. VAT
Our Signature delivery option will ensure that a signature is required before
the parcel can be delivered. You may wish to use this option if you have a shared
mailbox or feel your Delivery address is not secure. We do not send products via this site to Denmark, please contact us if you would like our local contact there.

WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
Not necessarily, but you can choose to do so if you feel your Delivery address
is not secure (see section above: ’What are the Delivery options?)
If you choose our standard delivery option, you will only have to sign for your
Delivery if the package weighs over 2kgs.
Remember that you have the option to select a delivery address other than the
place where your payment card is registered (e.g. your work place) if this is
more convenient.

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
To keep deliveries affordable, we do not use a tracking service on our Standard
or Signature Delivery, as we do not feel this is necessary because we aim to
despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of it.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I THINK MY ORDER IS LATE?
In the unlikely event that after 14 days you have still not received your order,
please email us at help@balanceme.co.uk with details of the goods that you have
ordered.
Please quote your invoice number. This appears on screen when you order and
also on your order confirmation email.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ALL THE ITEMS I ORDERED - WHAT DO I DO?
Please check your online invoice by opening the link on the order confirmation
email that we have sent to you. Then, if you still believe items are missing
from your order, please email us at help@balanceme.co.uk
with your invoice number. This is stated on your email invoice and was given
to you during our checkout process. We will respond to your query and work to
resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY GOODS ARE DAMAGED?
If your order is shipped to the wrong address or you receive it damaged or defective,
we’ll give you a full refund or replacement. You must notify us of this within
7 days of delivery by email to help@balanceme.co.uk, quoting your invoice number
and describing the damage involved. We will issue you with a returns reference
number and give you instructions on how to return your goods.

CAN I REFUND AND EXCHANGE MY GOODS?
We will issue refunds or exchanges as long as you notify us by email within
7 working days of Delivery. We will refund or exchange as long as we are satisfied
that tamper seals remain in place and the Goods are in a re-sellable condition.
Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs incurred. If we choose to send
you replacement Goods in exchange before you have returned the original Goods
you must return the original Goods within 30 days of receiving the replacement
Goods. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to charge the price of the
replacement Goods to the payment card used for the original order. Please email
help@balanceme.co.uk and we will issue you with a returns reference number and
give you instructions on how to return your goods. (Your statutory rights are
not affected)
